This is my pen & ink Batman collage I entered in the Geoffrey’s’ Comics sponsored Batman Art Competition. Referencing assorted magazine photos, I created the 15" x 11" illustration with assorted black art markers and brush & ink for the large areas. I used the cross-hatch technique (crisscrossed lines) for shaded areas, and the stipple method (small dots) to create detail. The collage received 1st place.
